Our secure, and fully integrated, cloud telephony solutions mean you never miss a call.

A cloud telephony system is one of the most popular solutions in the world, deployed by thousands of companies around the world. Integration with a collaborative productivity application◳, such as Teams, is easily achieved, giving a unified experience and increasing efficiency.

Hosted telephony is also perfect for remote and home-based workers. With remote applications available on both Apple and Android devices, or access through a web browser, you can answer calls, and direct calls to other employees, as if you were using your usual handset at work, using the same phone number.

Combined with our mobile solutions◳ you can ensure your employees have access even when their personal mobile phones aren’t suitable.

YEARS UNTIL THE UK'S TRADITIONAL PHONE LINE IS SWITCHED OFF & VoIP BASED CALLS BECOME STANDARD

But what is cloud telephony?

Telephony Icon

Cloud telephony is simply a telephone system that is powered by the internet. It is simply another form of Voice over IP (VoIP), like Skype or WhatsApp. Cloud telephony feels much more akin to traditional phone calls however. Customers can call from their standard mobile or landline phone, and the experience is exactly as you would expect. The differences are focused on the side of your business.

You can use the same phone number on your desktop handset, computer, and mobile anywhere any time. If your business has multiple employees, with their own phoneline extensions, you can see whenever someone is on the phone, or otherwise busy.

By 2025, Britain’s traditional telephone network, the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), will be fully switched off and withdrawn from service. Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN), which uses PSTN, is being pulled from the market in 2023. VoIP systems are set to become the new standard, so get your business on board early!
